Lawn Technician
Compensation: $16-$22/hr plus commission

Job Duties: Apply fertilizer and weed control products to neighborhood lawns in Little Rock and surrounding areas.

Typical day on the job for our technicians starts at 8 am. Drive to lawns throughout Central Arkansas, visit with customers, and treat their lawn. Most technicians are done by 3:00-3:30 pm but still paid for a full 8-hour day if production quota is met.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience working outside and takes pride in making the lawns they service look their best. Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, exceptional attendance record and ability to handle a manual labor workload.

Technician Requirements:
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• On time to work every day – Requires very little missed time.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to drive a work van and operate machinery.
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
• Pass 50 question, multiple choice test to obtain a chemical license from Ark State Plant Board
• Work schedule is Monday thru Friday, with rare Saturday work if needed.
• Flexible Fridays (take off Friday if quote is met by Thursday).

Preferred Experience
• Previous fertilizer and weed control technician.

Additional Compensation
• Sales commission for signing up new customers.
• Hourly rate based on weekly quota achieved.
